I love Elisabeth. She is total sweetheart and very passionate woman. She encourages me. She too, is very young and echoes a lot of the same things I have shared here. What book are you currently reading?

Healthy at 100 by John Robbins. I am sort of obsessed with John Robbins as a food activist and vegan. His work is inspiring and life-changing.

Happy kids, a clean house, a morning walk, delicious vegan food, a good book, inspiration, and high-energy.What are your 5 favorite blog posts?
1. I'm super excited about my 21 Before 21 list I recently released.  I'm pretty into working on it right now. 2. This brief guide to Macrobiotics 3.  My home VBAC story, of course! 4. My 2011 'Month with Mama Nature Series' (soon to extend into a big new project) 5. Our Winter Solstice 2011 celebration was really special.
Have you experienced a moment of growth lately?
If having a VBAC at home counts, then yes!  And I've had about a thousand since then, of course, but that's a lot of writing.
