Oh, These events happened today.
When I got up this morning and discovered that Luna's diaper was soaked and she had wet the sheets...
When Marc told me that Luna knocked his water bottle over onto his computer and now it wasn't coming on...
When Marc kissed me goodbye and headed to school...
When I realized Ocean was playing quietly in her room...
When I unload and reload the dishwasher, clean the entire kitchen and get a load of wash going...and realize its only 9 am.
When Luna pulled on my leg and I leaned down to her, she hugged me while patting my back...
When Ocean whined about nap time...
When both girls finally hit the hay...
When I looked at the clock and realize Marc will get home in an hour...
When Marc finally walked through the door...(how we both feel)
and...
Which makes the rest of the day good.
When Marc and I realized the twilight hour has begun...
When we got both the kids to bed...
And that has been my day so far, currently...
and ice cream.

ReplyDeletetoo flipping funny and cute! Had a tough day dealing with unnecessary rudeness from an adult. My kids had great days. My little girl talks to the butterflies in the garden and my boy bangs on drums when gets home from school. My husband is building me something special in the woodshed and I keep my head above piles of laundry and dishes... and knit in between the madness. I think i will cap my night ice cream too. Thanks for the giggles!
